- Payment information: Billing details for paid subscriptions. Card data is processed and stored by our PCI-DSS compliant payment partners — we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, game sessions played, session duration, and click patterns within the platform.
- Device & technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, and screen resolution.

Kopana is designed for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will promptly delete it. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, please contact us immediately.

Your data is primarily stored and processed within South Africa. If any data is transferred to service providers outside South Africa, we ensure such transfers are protected by adequate safeguards in line with POPIA Section 72.

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing personal information.
